The Neighborhood: Albany Park

• On Spaulding just south of Lawrence at the east end of the Kedzie Brown Line. The Albany Park/Ravenswood Manor is a charmingly diverse neighborhood. Convenient shops at your doorstep and West and East River Parks just a few minutes walk away.
   
• Great restaurants, pubs and wine bars including Arun's, Brasa Roja, Noon-O-Kabab, Tom Yum Thai & Japanese Cuisine,  Kang Nam Korean barbeque and many more. By the way, O'Donovan's is just a few blocks down Irving Park and it's my favorite place for a burger sitting on their enormous terrace (be sure to ask about the specials, especially the Monday burger special) AND Lincoln Square with it's many restaurants and shops is a bit over a mile, or 3 short stops on the brown line.
   
• Walgreens, Osco Drug, CSV,  Dominick's, Cermack Foods and many more.
   

 Transportation:

• Good street parking - Great access to the Kennedy and Eden Expessways.
• A few steps to Brown Line Kedzie - it's already rebuilt so no worries that it will close for a year.
• Bus 1 block away - 81 Lawrence - which is only a few minutes to Blue Line (Loop & O'Hare) - Also connects to Red Line (Loop, Wrigley Field, Sox Park, Evanston)
